Registration will close at 8 pm on the Friday, 1 week prior to the clinic date.

Late registrants or walk ups WILL NOT be accepted.

Step 1: Contact a host clinic contact person by using the email address or phone number provided below to see if there is room for you to register. The host clinic contact will provide you with a verification code to use on the registration form found at the bottom of this page.

New officials complete Step 2 and Step 3. Returning officials skip to Step 4.

Step 2: If you are a new official, (who has never officiated before) regardless of your age, you must first complete the Hockey University eLearning. You will use the link for the Hockey University eLearning on the clinic schedule page.

Step 3: If you are a new official, you must attend a clinic in your home community. If you are unable to attend your home community’s clinic, you will need to have permission from your local Referee-in-Chief (RIC) to attend a clinic in another community. You can find the contact information for your local RIC on the North Zone website. If you get permission from your local RIC to attend a different clinic, you will also need to get permission from the RIC in the community hosting the clinic you would like to attend.

Step 4: Use the eHockey link provided at the end of the registration to enroll in eHockey. Note: North Zone clinics are not listed on eHockey so you will need the link provided after returning from PayPal or in the registration email. For problems with the eHockey enrollment and login please contact Hockey Alberta at 403-342-6777.

Step 5: You should receive one email from the North Zone clinics email, one email from PayPal and one email from eHockey if the registration is completed correctly. This concludes the clinic registration process.

If you have any difficulties with either process, please contact the North Zone Clinic Coordinator to ask for help. Please do not assume that the payment or clinic registration went through

If you have any difficulties, please contact the North Zone Clinic Coordinator (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
